Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related field with 4-7 years of experience
- Project and change management skills with category and supply management knowledge.
- Adept persuasive communicator with demonstrated negotiation skills
- Team management and facilitation skills
- Technical aptitude (category-specific requirement).
- Availability to travel across sites, supplier locations, and business units as business needs dictate.
- Preferred category knowledge includes CAPEX, MRO, metals, electronics, or industrial materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the entire supply chain and cost drivers.
