Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base and increase market share in the food & beverage logistics space.
- Cultivate and manage key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging your diverse network to generate new business opportunities.
- Oversee and lead a high-performing sales team (10+ FTEs), providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to different market segments and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within the food & beverage logistics sector or related industries.
- Proven success in generating new business and building lasting client relationships across different areas and sectors.
- Demonstrated management experience, having led teams of 10+ FTEs and achieved sales targets.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, hands-on leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
