To ensure they maintain the highest standards of quality and implement best practices in line with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, they are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join their dynamic team of 10 professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding quality assurance protocols specific to the biotech industry to ensure that our products are safe, effective, and reliable.
- Collaborating effectively with a dedicated team focused on continuous improvement, sharing your expertise and insights to help us deliver the best possible products.
- Integrating ESG considerations into all aspects of product lifecycle management, ensuring that our products are sustainable, socially responsible, and environmentally friendly.
- Contributing your unique expertise at every stage from development through production, working closely with other team members to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Manufacturing Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing or participating actively within a manufacturing setting ensures that practical knowledge is brought onboard right away.
- Quality Assurance Proficiency: Your background should include solid proficiency when it comes to designing tests procedures, conducting audits across various stages - showcasing your dedication towards consumer safety and satisfaction.
