Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish and drive a world-class EHS Culture throughout all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain safety and environmental programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the interface between regulatory agencies and insurance carrier representatives.
- Ensure all locations are prepared for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Lead investigations into incidents and drive preventative initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering and Management, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years' experience as an EHS leader in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Thorough knowledge of EHS compliance regulations and the ability to apply them to operations.
- Ability to lead a remote team of 6+ site-based EHS professionals.
- High standards of performance, responsibility for actions, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
