Director of Contracts

Our client, a leading healthcare company, is searching for a Director of Contracts. This individual will be sourcing initiatives that are primarily categories with medium to high complexity, risk and sensitivity. They are responsible for presenting contract strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders via the Functional Team Meeting and Dry Run meetings.
The Director of Contacts will be responsible for:
- Responsible for negotiating industry leading national agreements for the group purchasing organization. Objective is to ensure best in class industry pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Individual will own the negotiation of a portfolio in the spend range of $200m-$350m annually.
- Individual is a seasoned negotiator with in-depth knowledge and experience in contract negotiations. Individual continuously demonstrates ability to improve the contract portfolio and yield strong outcomes.
The Director of Contracts has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
