Job Responsibilities
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the frontend team (Operations/Project/Implementation) to understand technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the backend team (Product Development) to ensure these requirements are met effectively.
Ownership:
- Own the Product technical and functional feature specifications.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and signing off on these specifications.
- Manage the Product Backlog and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Calibrate priorities with the Product/Project Manager to ensure alignment with business goals.
Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for envisioning and aligning operational needs with the WMS software solution.
- Ensure the development and release processes are robust and meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Relevant education at HBO (Higher Professional Education) or University level.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with Agile/Safe methodologies.
Technical and Domain Knowledge:
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experienced in managing logistics processes.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Dutch is preferred.

Travel:
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally and intercontinentally.
