This role requires a highly skilled mechatronics expert with a background in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintenance operations, coordinate external service providers, and contribute to large-scale facility building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly inspections independently to ensure all systems are operational.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities with external partners.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for maintenance-related issues.
- Drive the digitalization of maintenance processes to improve efficiency.
- Play a key role in two major facility building projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure a deep understanding of production processes to optimise maintenance strategies.
- Maintain a structured and organised approach to complex maintenance tasks.
- Act as a technical expert rather than a people manager.
Ideal Profile
- Strong background in mechatronics.
- Extensive experience in radioactive lab environments.
- Ability to execute maintenance strategies efficiently.
- A natural problem-solver with detailed technical knowledge.
- Experience working with external service providers.
- Strong project management skills, capable of following through on agreements.
- Fluent in German (English not required).
- 100% onsite role.
