- Manage a team of 12-15 employees across two locations
- Oversee personnel and technical aspects of team operations
- Drive ongoing enhancement of processes and procedures
- Serve as a role model, coach, and motivator for the team
- Uphold quality and performance standards
- Handle day-to-day operations, including escalations and issues
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external interfaces
- Represent the team in various departmental interactions
- Fluent in both German and English
