Title: Supply Planning roles (various levels)
Location: New York City or Scranton, PA
Schedule: Hybrid (3x in the office)
Company Profile: A leader in the CPG/food space is looking to scale their Supply Planning. This team will be responsible for leading supply planning and inventory, as well as driving process change.
The Supply Planning Team will Be Responsible For the Following:
- Lead and support Supply Chain team as a key stakeholder in the MRP and S&OP processes to help meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs and maximizing service levels
- Develop, manage, validate, and communicate product plans for all items across multiple co-manufacturers
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and work closely with customer service to ensure all orders are being fulfilled in full and on-time
- Establish guidelines to achieve cost-efficient movement of finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment
- Support and drive transformation from current processes to a new planning system platform by managing change management, master data accuracy, data migration, and ensure project deliverables
The Supply Planning Manager Team Should Have the Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in Supply Planning and S&OP within a CPG company
- Transformation experience - onboarding new tools
- Advanced skills with MS Office and Excel
- Detail oriented, self-starter, working independently and comfortable taking initiative as well as driving and delivering high quality results
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner internally and externally to resolve issues and identify opportunities
