Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply plans to ensure the availability of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Align supply plans with production schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize planning tools and systems to manage inventory and distribution.
- Conduct regular reviews of supply chain performance and implement improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in supply planning or a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
