Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct sales forecasting, inventory analysis, and budget planning to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of plans.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and inventory performance to make informed decisions and adjustments to business plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, sales performance, and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business planning, inventory management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
