Your responsibilities:
- Source and procure components and parts for the aerospace industry based on component drawings.
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Establish and maintain deadline agreements to streamline procurement processes.
- Oversee deadlines, manage capacity planning, and coordinate the supply chain for seamless operations.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate new suppliers, including exploring untapped procurement markets.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Creation of the interface between the areas of purchasing, design and production during the project phase
- Participation in contract negotiations
Your profile:
- A degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Several years of proven experience in the purchasing field.
- Proficient in utilising the ERP program and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both German and English languages.
- Possess an excellent grasp of technical and economic concepts.
- Display a confident and assertive demeanor.
