Our client, a leading manufacturing company with operations across 19 countries and revenue of โฌ800 million is looking for an experienced Strategic Buyer to join their team in Germany. Responsibilities:
As our new Strategic Buyer for CAPEX you will
- Lead all aspects of strategic sourcing initiatives related to capital expenditure
- Manage supplier relationships & contracts
- Negotiate terms while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop strategies that optimise costs without compromising quality or delivery times
- Understanding of equipment, component, and instrumentation related to the business
- Must be willing to provide suggestions on improving the Projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 4 year's experience in procurement/Purchasing/CAPEX
- Demonstrated track record of delivering cost saving approaches
- Good understanding of supplier relationships and negotiating
- Strong analytically and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator, listener, and presenter
