Role Overview:
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining the company's supply chain operations. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing planning accuracy, and ensuring the seamless flow of materials and information across the organization. Leading a dedicated team, you will implement best practices, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize the entire supply chain, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes to improve planning security and operational effectiveness.
- Lead and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate supply of materials to meet customer demands and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes and information flow.
- Coordinate with other company locations to align global supply chain strategies and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in supply chain management, preferably with expertise in developing and managing SIOP processes.
- Demonstrated success in implementing projects that improve planning security and operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
