Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, inventory management, and the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process. This role is critical in ensuring optimal inventory levels, driving sales growth, and enhancing overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end Open-to-Buy process, including sales forecasting, inventory analysis, budget calculation, and order planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and inventory performance to make informed decisions and adjustments to the OTB plan.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, sales performance, and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business planning, inventory management, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on the Open-to-Buy process.
- Proven track record of successfully managing inventory levels, driving sales growth, and achieving financial targets.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
