Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join the dynamic team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing PCBs and RF systems for innovative products that meet and exceed industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- PCB Design: Lead the design, development, and testing of high-performance printed circuit boards (PCBs) using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar).
- RF System Development: Design and optimize RF circuits and systems, including amplifiers, filters, antennas, and transceivers.
- Prototyping and Testing: Build and test prototypes, analyzing and resolving complex issues related to PCB and RF performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, firmware, and software engineers to integrate PCBs and RF systems into final products.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs meet industry standards, including FCC, CE, and other regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PCB and RF issues in existing products to improve performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design, including layout, signal integrity, and power integrity.
- Proven expertise in RF circuit design and system development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD tools for PCB design (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD).
- Strong knowledge of RF principles, including impedance matching, S-parameters, and RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS).
- Experience with high-speed signal design and EMI/EMC mitigation techniques.
