Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales efforts for air and sea freight services across the Nordics
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on high-growth potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales, specifically within the air and sea freight industry
- Proven track record as a successful sales hunter with a strong network in the logistics sector
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is highly desirable
