- Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimise supplier relationships and drive cost efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms.
- Drive supplier performance improvements, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve procurement strategies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
