In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of MES solutions that enhance our manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of MES solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise and support for MES applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MES engineering
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a strong preference
- Strong knowledge of MES platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
