Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an operations manager within the 3PL industry with at least 5 years' experience

Responsibilities:
Operations Management
* Develop strategic plans that align with overall business goals.
* Ensure effective communication between departments by serving as liaison where necessary.
* Oversee daily activities including scheduling staff assignments, coordinating work schedules among different teams/departments to ensure efficient use of resources.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
* Prepare budgets based on organizational needs; monitor performance against budget targets regularly through KPIs reports analysis
Supply Chain Optimization
* Implement process improvements aimed at enhancing product quality control measures throughout production lifecycle stages such as procurement sourcing processes

Leadership Qualities -
Demonstrated ability working collaboratively towards accomplishing common objectives amongst diverse group stakeholders whilst providing clear direction when needed.
Strong Analytical Skills-
Ability to analyze data sets accurately using analytical tools/software packages like Excel etc., making sound decisions quickly under pressure situations.
Excellent Communication Skills - Ability present ideas clearly both verbally/written formats alike effectively communicate complex technical concepts concisely without losing meaning contextually speaking which could lead potential misunderstandings down road if not addressed proactively beforehand
