Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery goals.
- Lead supplier negotiations, securing optimal terms and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and logistics, for seamless supplier integration.
- Monitor and enhance supplier performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, cost savings, and supplier performance insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Years of experience in a buying or procurement role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships.
- In-depth understanding of global supply chain dynamics and market trends.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytic skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
