Job Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document global business requirements, and implement advanced technology solutions.
- Ensure the design, operational control, and optimisation of supply chain processes and packaging, including digital integration.
- Calculate and analyse logistics costs.
- Negotiate logistics costs with the Supply Centre and external warehouses.
- Assist in negotiating logistics costs with customers.
- Support supplier selection based on the total landed cost of transport concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in scheduling within a manufacturing environment or similar work experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams to accomplish tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and proficiency with IT tools (SAP/ERP systems, MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI).
- Experience working with IT vendors and third-party providers to deliver technology solutions.
- Excellent analytic skills, especially in forecasting and anticipating production needs and capabilities.
- Practical approach to problem-solving and adaptability to various changing situations.
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
