Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Devise and implement strategies to attract new clients across diverse industries.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Strategic Development
- Develop and execute forward-thinking sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
- Take a hands-on approach in shaping the big-picture vision and driving the strategic direction of the sales division.
- Identify emerging market trends and leverage opportunities to expand contract logistics offerings.
Sales Team Growth & Integration
- Build and scale a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- On-board, train, and mentor team members to develop their skills and drive performance.
- Facilitate seamless integration of new team members and foster a cohesive, collaborative culture.
- Design and implement frameworks for team synergy, ensuring shared goals and clear communication pathways.
Leadership & Team Development

Cross-Vertical Approach

Technical Expertise
- Extensive background in managing tender processes, ensuring precision and competitiveness in submissions.
- Support and guide the sales team through tender management, pricing strategies, and RFQ processes.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure all tenders align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Leverage expertise in 3PL and 4PL logistics to develop cutting-edge, competitive solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in sales development within the contract logistics sector.
- Proven success in 3PL and 4PL logistics.
Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Hands-on and strategy-driven approach to managing teams and achieving objectives.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on the big picture and execution road map.
- Expertise in customer acquisition, pricing strategies, tender management, and RFQ processes.
