Position Summary:

As the Reliability Engineer you will:
- Lead the Reliability efforts for the site
- Participate and support in all areas to achieve Environmental, Health, & Safety excellence
- Directly supervise the Lubricators, RCM Technician and Fluid Power Technician
- Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to drive the practice of Precision Maintenance in all jobs completed at the site
- Integrate best maintenance technologies and practices into predictive, preventive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Drive site lubrication and fluid power programs to success.
- Participate and lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) efforts to identify root causes of complex and/or repetitive problems and put in place executable corrective actions.
- Serve as Site Champion for all Asset Health Monitoring Systems and ensure systems are operated at desired levels.
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify gaps and areas of potential improvement.
You would make an excellent fit for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of reliability or mechanical integrity experience in a manufacturing/industrial or military environment
- Experience with Reliability Improvement tools (Root Cause Failure Analysis, preventative/predictive maintenance, KPIs)
- BS Degree within an engineering discipline
- Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
