Job Title: Reliability Engineer

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Fortune 500 manufacturing company who are looking for their next Reliability Engineer. As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, direction, supervision, and day to day execution of the site predictive reliability program.
As the Reliability Engineer you will be:
- Providing leadership to evaluate and implement appropriate predictive and preventative maintenance strategies and techniques to reach a world class reliability program.
- Directing the Predictive Maintenance (PDM) team in their daily activities, outlining equipment and systems to be evaluated using vibration, ultrasonic and thermographic tools.
- The responsibility and authority to initiate and record actions related to Food Safety.
- Review PDM analysis results together with the PDM team and liaise with applicable teams to plan remedial / corrective repairs.
- Continuous Improvement of the Asset Maintenance Plan including value-added preventive maintenance tasks focusing on: utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies, lubrication practices, tools to drive operator asset management, and comprehensive training plans for maintenance employees.
- Review major equipment/systems failures using formal investigative tools and develop and implement PM/PDM tasks to minimize or eliminate unplanned failures.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a heavily regulated manufacturing setting
- Experience creating/implementing predictive maintenance strategies.
- Demonstrated strong people skills and an ability to lead, develop and motivate employees and an ability to promote a safe working environment, quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
