Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of multiple regional warehouse facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of orders and distribution to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams, fostering a high-performance culture with a strong focus on safety.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to improve transportation, inbound/outbound shipping, and material handling processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive warehouse efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance.
- Oversee the use and optimisation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics technology to enhance operational performance.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on warehouse performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Significant experience in a senior warehouse management role, ideally within the construction tools or mechanical industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams across multiple sites.
- Expertise in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the latest supply chain technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and analytically abilities, with a focus on driving operational improvements.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
- English Language is required.
