Our client, a global player in the chemical industry, is seeking a regional HSE Manager for Europe. With this position, you will have the chance to lead and influence others and have an impact on the improvement of the safety culture.
Your responsibilities:
- Support Safety performance across the sites: drive the achievement of "Five Zeroes".
- Coordinate HSE practices by collaborating with regional and local HSE Managers to ensure consistency.
- Assist the sites with Health, Safety & Environmental Management systems, including adherence to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement in safety by supporting and leading HSE culture initiatives across sites.
- Identify high Risk Priority Number projects and ensure Corrective Action Requests and Prevention Focused Plans are aligned.
Your qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Degree qualified in HSE/Engineer or comparable field.
- Experienced with incident law and explosion protection.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- Fluent in German and English.
