This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead manufacturing operations across multiple locations, ensuring that all products meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
The Regional Director of Manufacturing Operations will have the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations at various sites throughout Florida
- Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Developing strategies to optimize production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
- Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
The Regional Director of Manufacturing Operations should have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years' experience as a director or senior manager within the food and beverage industry
- Demonstrated success improving operational efficiencies through strategic initiatives
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams spread over geographical regions
- Demonstrable analytical thinking capabilities
