A global leader in Glass Packaging for the food and beverage industry is seeking a Quality Management Systems Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising and implementing the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with Quality, Health, Environment, and Food Safety standards. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a global team environment and is enthusiastic about travelling to various sites in Northern Germany and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Environment, and Food Safety standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to standardise and improve quality processes across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular site visits worldwide to monitor, audit, and enhance IMS implementation.
- Provide training and support to site teams on IMS procedures and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality management and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all sites comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on IMS performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in quality management, particularly within the Food and Beverage packaging industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health, Environment, and Food Safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Fluent German and English Spoken and Written.
