We are working with a premier contract manufacturing organization (CMO) specializing in nutraceuticals. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and innovation in dietary supplements and functional items. This organization is looking to bring on a dynamic Quality Control Manager to add to our team of experts that is driven by a passion or advancing health and wellness.
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring all quality processes and product evaluations comply with regulatory standards.
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP).
- Overseeing QC and QA operations, including team scheduling and responsibilities.
- Developing and managing quality reporting and testing procedures.
- Maintaining accurate tracking of materials and products.
- Implementing and overseeing quality and production processes.
- Collaborating with suppliers and customers for quality assurance and documentation.
- Managing laboratory activities and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Assisting with expiration dating using stability data.
- Conducting Quality Management Systems training.
- Supporting investigations into customer complaints and quality issues.
- Preparing for and manage internal and external audits.
- Monitoring manufacturing stages and address quality issues with corrective actions.
The Quality Control Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years in a management role within a regulated industry (e.g., Dietary Supplements, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices).
