Quality Assurance Supervisor

Our client, a large and global food & beverage manufacturer, is looking to hire a new Quality Assurance Supervisor to join their Quality department to and lead the day to day quality plant operations.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring the quality management system (QMS) and processes meet regulatory requirements and company standards for multiple sites. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of managing multi-site operations.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will:
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Train and supervise quality assurance team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2+ years of QA experience
- Prior heavy regulated industry experience
