Project Manager

Our Building Materials client is looking to bring on a Project Manager to the team that can sit in either Norfolk or Miami. This person will be responsible for the initiation, planning, and execution of projects for Cement, Concrete, and Aggregates.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US regulations when it comes to processing cement and aggregates. You MUST HAVE the experience with Cement, Concrete, or other aggregates, and able to handle large scale project portfolios.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the projects cradle to grave in Miami, Tampa, Norfolk, and Roanoke
- Perform evaluation of bids based on Life Cycle Costs, Reliability and Maintainability, and total cost of manufacturing
- Present the most efficient technical solution for a given goal
- Work with cross-functional teams to prepare scopes of supply and work when purchasing and implementing equipment
The Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management within the industrial space
- 5+ years of concrete / aggregate/ cement production
- Strong understanding of equipment and process management
