A leading steel manufacturing company is seeking a qualified Production Manager to join their team in Dodge City, Kansas. The Production Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all production operations
- Ensure product quality by monitoring safety standards and production processes are followed carefully
- Supervise and train production staff
- Collaborate with other department leaders as necessary
- Monitor KPI's
- Conduct inspections of facility machinery
The Production Supervisor will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in manufacturing management roles
- 4+ years' welding experience
- Proven working knowledge of steel manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Six Sigma and LEAN manufacturing certifications a plus
- Strong understanding of production scheduling
