The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, production, cost, productivity, and the development and engagement of team members across multiple production areas and shifts. This role requires a strong ownership mentality to ensure equipment maintenance through the use of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and to develop and motivate the production associates and leadership using High-Performing Organization (HPO) methodologies. As the primary point of contact for departmental activities, this leader will analyze performance metrics, develop strategic improvement plans, and coach teams to enhance these metrics by establishing standards, work processes, staffing strategies, and maintenance strategies. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with support departments and report outcomes during daily operational meetings.

- Develop and refine Autonomous Maintenance standards
- Implement staffing strategies to optimize operations
- Enhance onboarding materials and processes for new team members
- Set clear team goals and provide ongoing coaching
- Monitor key performance metrics and use loss analysis to drive improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years of experience in direct-line leadership (supervisory) roles in manufacturing
- 1+ years of experience in at least two operational functional areas, such as Production, Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Compliance, or HR
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
