They are on the search for a product development manager to lead the design department for hand tools, where you have the chance to develop ideas and solutions which have the potential of reaching millions of customers.
Location: Saarbrรผcken, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of design engineers
- Designing and developing hand tool products
- Reviewing product designs and drawings (CAD)
- Managing entire team projects from start to finish
- Capacity planning, design calculations & quality management
Requirements:
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related engineering fields
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Minimum 3-5 years in product design & development, ideally in hand tools
- Experience in injection moulding
- Knowledge of CAD, capacity planning & product calculations
- Ability to plan and manage projects
- Written & spoken fluency in English, German speaking ideal
