Process Engineering Manager
As the Process Engineering Manager, you will lead the process department and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a newly established plant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement best practices for continuous improvement across various departments. You will be responsible for designing new systems and modifying equipment to enhance production capabilities and meet quality standards. In this leadership position, you will oversee process improvement projects within different manufacturing operations, utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Plant Management and cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements throughout the organization.
- Maintain smooth process operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing project, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Lead the engineering team at the plant, guiding them on various projects.
- Initiate and manage projects to enhance end-to-end processes, including setup, validation, and audit measurement systems that drive business impact.
- Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, analyzing solutions, implementing action plans, and allocating necessary resources.
- Conduct training on quality awareness and Six Sigma methodologies within the organization.
- Coach project teams to meet certification requirements and achieve quality and process improvement goals.
- Foster a work environment that prioritizes high employee retention and engagement to build a sustainable workforce.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment, including involvement in product trials, addressing customer complaints, and conducting product testing.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience leading or managing high-performance teams in a similar environment.
- Lean Six Sigma training or certification is preferred.
