Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring that all post-casting processes are conducted in accordance with established methods, materials, and equipment specifications outlined in the Corporate Post Cast Manual, MSAT, Nadcap standards, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify and/or approve work instructions (Activity Instructions and Product Criteria) for post-casting operations such as shell removal, gate removal, machining, surface preparation, finishing, and dimensional processes.
- Monitor post-casting processes to ensure they remain stable, sustainable, and within control limits.
- Conduct regular MSAT audits of post-casting processes.
- Identify root causes of deviations from critical processes and develop timely action plans to address these deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams or work independently to identify and address causes of scrap and rework, as well as implement process improvements and cost reductions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new materials and techniques.
- Support operator training on new methods or instructions.
- Perform data retrieval and analysis using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work off-shift hours or weekends as needed for training or technical support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Process Owner team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Must be able to provide documentation verifying identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must be legally eligible to access export-controlled items.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing operations and/or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with metal finishing and/or abrasives is preferred.
- Leadership experience is highly desirable.
