Job Title: Plant Electrical Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to support facility power, control, and automation systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the electrical and control hardware, systems software, programs, and networks that ensure the optimum reliability of production and support systems. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our electrical engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all plant electrical and control equipment, networks, and logic to ensure optimal reliability and address obsolescence.
Oversee and manage electrical and control hardware, systems software, programs, and networks for production and support systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise in automation, measurement, and control technologies in the field.
Represent electrical, automation, and process control interests in the development of future processes or projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in industrial food plant processes.
Strong background in electrical engineering and system management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Previous experience in project management and managing electrical systems and equipment.
