• Connect with suppliers, sourcing offices and internal customers for all categories (Footwear, Apparel, Accessories) on regular basis
• Communicate with suppliers, sourcing offices and internal customers for the critical issues impacting PO Management
• Manage the brand on PO management operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle ad-hoc critical issues initiated by sourcing offices or internal customers
• Resolve order fulfilment related inquiries and issues timely via work flow platforms
• Drive against key performance indicators (KPI) from work flow platforms to improve standards and service results, following through the improvement perspectives
• Support system enhancement preparation e.g. user acceptance testing (UAT) for work-flow
