DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Global Aerospace Manufacturer out of the Huntsville, Alabama region. This organization is looking to bring on several Manufacturing Engineer at all levels. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for providing daily support to manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Formulate efficient manufacturing process plans in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams, outlining the sequence, techniques, equipment, tooling, and specifications essential for product fabrication.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, provide clarifications, or implement modifications to blueprints and other supplied data.
- Establish procedures to control and standardize manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and analyze specifications for new equipment/machinery, selecting options that optimize quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, quality, design engineering, and other teams to define manufacturing work instructions, equipment, tools, materials, and training
- Prepare cost estimates for products, tooling, equipment, and processes to enhance pricing and production efficiency.
- Investigate and analyze tools, processes, and equipment to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Analyze and interpret customer blueprints' data to determine optimal approaches for manufacturing and inspection.

The Manufacturing Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year Engineering Degree Required
- 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- Experience with MES, CAD and other relevant complex software
