As the Managing Director, you will oversee our nationwide operations, leading a dedicated team of 15 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) to deliver exceptional service in mining logistics and project logistics. Your responsibilities will include P&L management, strategic leadership, and driving growth in our niche markets.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in P&L management, with a track record of delivering financial success.
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of the shipping industry, with specialised expertise in mining logistics and project logistics.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
