My client is looking for a skilled maintenance technician with 2-5 years of CNC maintenance experience to lead their team in preventative maintenance initiatives and provide direction to other maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create, maintain, and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
-Provide work direction to maintenance technicians and assist in repairs and maintenance of production equipment.
-Use hand and power tools to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and systems.
-Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, blueprints, and schematics.
-Comply with environmental and safety laws, and source parts and supplies as needed.
Job Qualifications:
-5-15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in CNC machine maintenance.
-Ability to sketch custom parts and tools accurately.
-Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment malfunctions.
-Proficiency in using powered and non-powered hand tools.
-Ability to enter, edit, read, and interpret maintenance records and preventive maintenance schedules.
-Valid Class C Driver's License or equivalent.
-Ability to read technical documentation pertaining to assigned equipment for maintenance and repair.
