Position: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance department.
- Oversee and optimize preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Track and manage maintenance budgets and capital projects.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma and Project Management training or experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and a commitment to safety.
