Position: Maintenance Manager

Summary:
A leading food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at their facility. This full-time role, based on-site, requires expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, project management, and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance and mechanics teams to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and quick resolution of equipment issues.
- Implement a reliable Asset Management Program and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise staff, manage KPIs, and handle maintenance scheduling and shutdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, and keep abreast of the latest manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
