Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to understand their evolving logistics requirements.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized airfreight solutions that meet client needs and enhance their supply chain efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the airfreight or logistics industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of airfreight operations, regulations, and best practices.
- Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
