An industry leading shipbuilder and manufacturer is looking to hire an Industrial Engineer to their growing team. The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for increasing efficiency, reducing cost and time, and improving quality across their manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze our current production processes and design a sequence of operations to increase efficiency and maximize utilization of production.
- Establish and lead continuous improvement, lean, and 5S.
- Create and organize capital and overhead expenditures for current and future plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Shipyard experience a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
