My client is a Taiwan-based pharmaceutical group with regional office in Taipei. They are looking for an experienced Indirect Capex Procurement Manager due to business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment sourcing , Procurement
- Service Contracts finalisation and sign-off.
- RFP,RFQ ,ITB evaluation
- SMP Critical Risk vendor Assessment
- Project Management and manage procurement within budget
- Manage analysis reports using Excel , Power BI Tools etc
- Process improvements on Capex and MRO maintenance
- Coordinate with internal business users and external suppliers within purchasing scope of work and projects
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Liaise with the factories and and manage projects team on regular basis
- Negotiate with vendors for the best pricing
Job Requirements
- Degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Solid experience in OEB 3-5 applications with pharmacy or chemical industry is required
- Adaptable, driven and hands-on individuals
- Fluent in English speaking is required
