Our client, a global leader in innovative products and recycling of Aluminium, is seeking an HSE expert for their plants in Europe.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and drive the implementation of HSE strategies with a focus on occupational health around the European plants
- Conduct analyses to determine common incident causal factors
- Develop and implement initiatives targeting those factors
- Manage the approval and tracking of HSE strategic initiatives
- Provide accident investigation and hazard recognition training
- Prepare and participate in audits
Your qualifications:
- 7-8 years of experience and knowledge of HSE topics
- Experience in the manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills with all levels of employees
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Fluent in German and English
