Responsibilities:
Lead and build a high-performing supply planning team.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels while meeting customer demands.
Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, production, and procurement teams to align supply chain activities.
Analyze and optimize supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance.
Continuously assess market trends and adjust supply strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience in supply planning or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and standards.
Working experience in planning systems (OMP or Kinaxis)
