About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations & Customer Care - Sea Freight to take full ownership of our Hamburg operations. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will be responsible for rebuilding and strengthening the sea freight team while enhancing operational efficiency and customer focus.

🔹 Lead & Develop the Team - Take full leadership responsibility, recruit top talent, and mentor existing staff.

🔹 Drive Operational & Commercial Success - Oversee pricing, tenders, and margin optimization to position sea freight as a key business driver.
🔹 Hands-On Leadership - Work alongside the team, setting up structures and processes during the build-up phase.
🔹 Collaborate Across Functions - Partner with sales & pricing teams to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
